Sorry that we don't have more information about how to do setup of Simultaneous Ring for your phone company. There are a lot of companies out there, and we haven't yet tested them all.
One obvious next-step is for you to ask your company (via their Support site), if they offer a Simultaneous Ring feature. But if you are having trouble or just getting frustrated, please contact our support crew and let us help out!
