Consumer Cellular uses two different kinds of networks, so try one of these approaches and if it doesn't work, try the other:

Option 1:

  • Dial **004*# to direct your phone company to (conditionally) forward your calls to us.
    • For example, if the Pirate Voicemail number you claimed is 2505551212, then you would dial: **004*12505551212#
    • Don't forget that you need to preface the phone number with the digit "1"
  • If it works, you will see something like this on your phone:

Option 2:

  • Dial **61*# to direct your phone company to (conditionally) forward your calls to us.
    • For example, if the Pirate Voicemail number you claimed is 2505551212, then you would dial: **61**2505551212#
    • You do not need to preface the phone number with the digit "1"
    • If that didn't work you can try **61**2505551212#
    • If that didn't work you can try **67**2505551212#

1. Most customers can use this code: **21* tendigit phone (no 1) #
2. If that doesn’t work, use **002* tendigit phone (no 1) #
