I’m not sure what this “Shark Tank Products” web site really is, but here is a nice article about Jolly Roger Telephone. They did a great job capturing the spirit of the service and it was a trip reading about the early days again.

Many of you have been with us since the beginning of this adventure and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your support for the last three years. I am just a regular guy who loves phones. I started out very blue-collar working on telephone systems, pulling cable, and installing phones. I then got a job in IT in the mid 90s working for an investment firm in downtown Los Angeles – that’s just about the time when telecom equipment could be managed from “a desk” and “a PC” rather than from “the switch room frame” with “a punch-tool.” It was a wonderful time in telecom history. Although today is wonderful as well.

It’s still amazing to see my name in articles like this. I feel humbled and flattered by the attention and it’s a privilege to provide this service for you. Thank you for your help battling unsolicited telemarketing with us! We could NOT do this without you!
