Let’s stop these predatory telemarketing calls! Back the Kickstarter and we can disrupt this business together!

In this call, my robot “qualifies” to speak with a supervisor. The funny thing is the call is handed to the supervisor completely out of context. My robot is preoccupied as he listens to the opening pitch. The robot and supervisor eventually get back in sync again.

When I first wrote this robot, I had it run through the repertoire and end the call. I noticed that often it would get transferred to “account verification” or something, so I had it just repeat when it ran out of things to say. Well here is a great example of the repeat working like a champ. The supervisor hadn’t heard the first run, which gave my robot more time to waste. I don’t always catch the agent/supervisor’s reaction when they realize there’s something strange about this call. But this one was classic.

Please enjoy! Keep the comments rolling in! And send your calls!

Thank you for listening,

Roger
